The house was very clean and cute. We were able to put our boat in right there. We couldn't get the hot tub to get hot enough until the third day. That was a little disappointing but we really enjoyed it on the third day!! The only negative thing was the 100 deposit per pet and we brought our two little pups. That seemed quite high to me. Overall though, we had a very nice time!!

What an amazing getaway! Pecan Pie was perfect in so many ways. The house was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the game room and fishing just out the back door in the canal. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard. My wife and I loved how centrally located the house was to so many great things such as great restaurants, Texas Star Hockey, great Barbeque in Llano, the Slab water hole just 10 minutes up the road, and paddle boarding in the canal just outside the back door of the house. The neighbors were very friendly and even brought over cornhole for the kids to play. We loved watching the deer just over the fence in the back yard. Honestly, we can’t say enough good stuff about our short stay except we can’t wait for our next visit. We highly recommend visiting Pecan Pie for yourself!!!!

Everything was lovely! We enjoyed the view, hot tub and game room. The fully stocked kitchen was a great surprise and came in handy. We will stay again when back in the area.

Thank you for the great day. It was a healing moment for our family and honor our mother that passed recently. It was a big help I live locally but to put up my brother and his wife and my niece and her husband they were able to be more comfortable in that peace. They love the hot tub by the way.

Nice property, very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had anything you might need to cook a meal. The back porch was very relaxing, nice grill and hot tub. Boating access and lift are a bit of a let down but the neighborhood made up for it. We didn't have any worries parking out boat in front of the house.

Totally enjoyed our stay here! Little bit of disappointment due to flooding in the area but the property owner gave us a refund for one night since we checked out early. Very peaceful here and the hot tub was a great luxury.

we were well pleased with all except the bedroom with the bunkbeds. The overhead light seems to have a short. Additionally, there was not a plug that worked in that room, so I had to leave my phone charging overnight in the bathroom. A bit inconvenient. But I am mainly mentioning in case the owner needs to check into an electrical problem. Otherwise, great!

Pecan Paradise!

This house exceeded our expectations. Looking at the pictures you can tell it’s a cute place, but actually seeing it you will just fall in love. 10 out of 10 recommend. We brought our kayaks and took several trips down the cozy channel where the house is located. It has a few outside seating areas which was so nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy nature. The property manager was so informative and responded quickly which is appreciated. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Another great 4th of July in Kingsland!!

Pecan Pie was great! Very clean, great communication with management team. It had everything we needed. If you are a coffee person, bring KCups, no regular coffee maker. The boat dock is under construction, we just floated in the cove and went out on the paddle boards. Will be back!

Fun weekend!

We enjoyed the house so much! The layout was perfect and the kids loved the game room. We loved having the boat doc to park the boat and easily get out to the water! Highly recommend!

Lovely peaceful spot

Had a great time at this little house! Was missing a few amenities, like paper goods, cocktail shaker, and other small kitchen things that are normally in rental houses. But location was good and it was clean!

Centrally located, quiet and very clean

The property was fantastic. Seems like it was updated recently or a lot of care is taken into keeping the property clean but I would say it was one of the cleanest properties I've stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and very little light pollution so you're likely to get a great view of the stars. We happened to be there during a meteor shower so caught a few ourselves much to excitement of our kids. They also had a great time playing air hockey and PacMan when we had a little downtime. The area itself is nice, Kingsland isn't a huge town but there are more than enough restaurant options to last you a few days. The location of the property is great, Inks State Park has great hiking and is only a 20 minute drive away. If we do make our way back to Kingsland, we'll be sure to see if this home is available.

Great retreat!

We had an amazing time staying on this peaceful canal. The home is clean and comfortable and the canal is so beautiful with all the oak trees overhanging. Lake levels were great and so refreshing given our hot dry summer. We will definitely stay again.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was the perfect spot for our group as we were near the Spartan race. I loved they allowed our pups and the fenced in yard for them was great! We would definitely stay again!
