Outside of this time frame, hot tub hire is inlcuded for all week long stays and is available as an optional extra for short stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The house was super clean and the style is just so homely and gorgeous. It is so well equipped and the hosts have really thought of everything to ensure you have a great stay. We did pay extra for the hot tub and the filling, cleaning, draining and refilling for hygiene was a little bit of a chore but it didn't hinder the use or enjoyment of the stay at all.
We had the most wonderful stay at Combe Down. It’s a truly magical place to visit with family or friends. The photos do no justice to the incredible sea views you have from the garden, and most of the bedrooms. The interior decor is gorgeous and perfectly kept. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with a lovely welcome hamper. The location is 7-8 min drive down into Salcombe and to nearby beaches, but it’s lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of town and have more space to enjoy. The team who look after the property were very responsive and helpful throughout the visit. Thank you
We loved staying at Coombe Down. A master class in interior design and functionality, it has all the mod-cons and is really well thought through. Only slight downside is it is located on a main road so one of the double rooms and the single can be a little noisy with the windows open but we soon adjusted. All other bedrooms were quiet enough that you could really only hear the sheep baaing. The views from the patio are breathtaking and the location is good if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk into Salcombe. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
Local village pub in Malborough (19 mins walk) is friendly and the food rumoured to be amongst the best near Salcombe.
