Hard to deal with.

AC broke prior to arrival, owner waired until i asked how to check in to tell me. Then wouldn't issue a refund and cancel the stay. Had to get a hotel. They had someone bandaid the AC, then it went out again. The right thing to do would have been to issue my refund so I could have just found another rental, and get your crap fixed. So i raised some hell. Got a refund for the first night (prior to AC going down again) they refunded, then recharged the night.Still havent seen a refund for the rest.Dont stay here

The property was as listed. There were only 4 body towels and no wash clothes or hand towels. One of the beds was broken. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Had to wait 2 hrs

Had to wait 2 hours to get in the house, but owner was guit to respond and apologized for the delay. House is nice and has everything needed. Neighborhood not so great but people are friendly.
