The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with a Bertazzoni italian range, stainless steel appliances, and well stocked with dishware and utensils for chef-inspired home cooking. Off the kitchen is a spacious deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while you watch golfers tee off on the 3rd hole at Old Brockway Golf Course.
The primary bedroom is on the upper level and is very spacious with a King bed, double closets, and private doors that open onto the deck. There's also a desk and desk chair, along with a reading chair in the reading nook.The primary bath features a double vanity and clawfoot tub with shower head.

Surrounded by hiking / cross country skiing trails and close to North Tahoe Regional Park. Easy access to HWYs 267 & 28 for convenient drives to all of the outdoors Tahoe has to offer.
Getting Around: Renting a vehicle, either from the traditional vehicle rental companies or a p2p service (Turo, etc.) is the best way to explore Tahoe. AWD/4WD vehicles recommended for getting around Tahoe in the winter. Otherwise, there is accessible public transportation nearby.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house exceeded our expectations. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the spacious living space where we could hang out and relax after a full day outdoors. The comfy beds and pillows were a plus! The location was great - a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the lake and Kings Beach shops and restaurants.The EV charger and garage storage really came in handy during our stay. The check-in process was seamless and our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this spot.
