Located just steps from the restaurants and shops of downtown Kingfield. 20 minutes from Sugarloaf Mountain for skiing, golfing, and new downhill mountain bike park! Direct access to state ATV and snowmobile (ITS) trails right from the property, and fishing right in the backyard in the stocked Stanley Stream, or Centennial bridge.

We enjoyed our week stay at the farmhouse in Kingfield. The location was very nice: walking distance to a restaurant as well as to the trails for back country xcountry skiing. The house itself, as an older farmhouse, has a number of recent upgrades such as modern appliances, but overall showed its age. It can definitely use a really good deep cleaning. There were obvious signs of rodent visitations. The heating systems are eclectic and took some effort to create a comfortable living environment. The host is very responsive and willing to take feedback and did note that the deep cleaning will take place.
