Price for this motel was fair for the stay. The rooms were decent nothing too fancy. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. Great location to casino. If your needing a decent place to stay for a Night or two this is a good Choice.

Black mold in bathroom, no towels, washcloths, bath mats, broken coffee pot, dirty elevators. No one answered desk phone at 9 pm. Had to walk to desk to get towels, etc. located next to train tracks.

The place was well maintained but couldn't get a signal for the internet and our room key kept deactivating. Even one that played on the table while we were gone

Filthy carpet-smelled-no secure wifi-crappy pillows-mattress cover too small & wouldn't stay on-small,thin towels-no pen/paper-only vending machines on 1st floor-elevator broken-entire toilet paper holder came out of wall & showed exposed pipes-cheap shampoo/conditioner

Worst hotel stay by far. Hotel smelled like Raid Roach spray. My room was not made when I walked in...I noticed the mattress has blood on it. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they told me someone will make the bed and clean the room shortly. I asked if they were going to replace the mattress and he first laughed and then told me no. Because I had checked in they wouldn't give me a refund. Good luck with your stay people.

Our shower curtain was covered across the bottom with mold and I have a picture of it. We were given two towels and two wash cloths. Filthy place in general. No hand towels were given. Walls and carpet in hallway was stained. I was afraid to eat breakfast there because everything else was so dirty. When they cleaned our room they basically only made the bed. Bathroom counter top was not even wiped down. It was pretty gross overall.

My wife and I drove from Humble, Tx to Kinder, we were on our way to Alexandria, La. but on the way we decided to stop and rest since it was 1am. We checked in the 1st room it had a odor so bad we couldn't stay in the room,so I went to the desk to switch rooms. They gave us another room it also had a odor but after I sprayed the air fresher and turned the air up it kinda faded away some. Once in the room I went to shower but the bathroom was full of ants so I spent 20 minutes killing ants. So after showering we decided to get some sleep so we could get up and finish our drive home, so about 7:30 my wife wakes up screaming something crawling on me. I jump up and turn the lights on and it's a roach in the bed, that's just horrible. So we showered again and packed up our belongings and left. I was telling the young lady at the check out counter what had happen and she really had no concern she just kept saying we spray and I'll have the manager call you. So I waited and waited and the manager never called me so about 6pm I called him, I explained to him what happen and that we checked out before 11 because of the roach in the bed and he tells me since you paid cash there's nothing I can do for you but give you a 20% discount on your next stay. Really? I'll never stay there again, first the odor than the roach you can keep that dump I'll stay somewhere else next time.

The location is convenient for the casino. We were able to drive on a service road to the casino. The hotel is outdated and muggy. The room didn't smell fresh and clean (more like mildew). The bathroom was ok. I thought the mattress was very uncomfortable, but my husband said it was ok. If the location wasn't so convient for the casino, I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was okay. Our tv was broken so when we pulled the tv out to see if something had been disconnected we found a condum which to me ment the room was not cleaned fully. The sheets were stained. When someone came to fix our tv it was a woman in short shorts and a tshirt she said she watched someone fix a tv before so she might be able to do it. All of the hotels near by had been booked so this was our only option.

The first room we were given was not even cleaned from previous occupants. Bed unmade trash everywhere and dirty towels laying on floor. When we did get a room, it had such a musty old stinky smell like mold. Upon getting out of shower, the towels felt like they had been hung up straight out of the washing machine. They were like drying with a wet towel. The only thing good I can relay about our stay is that he people were at least friendly.
