The Space:

The property spans three spacious levels and accommodates up to 29 guests in 13 luxury ensuite bedrooms. Most rooms feature king beds, with one twin room and three rooms offering triple occupancy with a king and a single bed. The heart of the home is the open-plan dining and lounge area with floor-to-ceiling views over Loch Tay, opening onto a terrace during warmer months. The dining table seats 26 comfortably and can expand to fit all 29 guests. Families may opt to seat the children in the separate breakfast room.



A large luxury kitchen features an AGA, a larder, and generous preparation space. Additional relaxing areas include the stone-built snug with an open fire and an adjoining library with another open fireplace, window seats, board games, and a television. Entertainment continues with an 80-inch media room, full Sky package, DVD player, Xbox One, a games room with a pool table, and a bar area overlooking the lower terrace. A seven-seater hot tub sits on this level with views of Loch Tay, and an outdoor cold-water barrel offers another refreshing option.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, all indoor leisure rooms, terraces, hot tub, bar area, and games room. Outdoors, they can explore the private woodland filled with mature trees, bridges, and walking paths. Three fire pits, a selection of Wellington boots, and a utility/boot room with a washing machine and dryer are provided for added convenience. Fields in front of the property lead directly to the loch for those who prefer a morning dip.

It is a hub for outdoor activities and cultural attractions suitable for all ages.
