The Randles staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the feather beds and the size of the room. It was off-season so we had to dine next door, but it is part of the same "group" of hotels and the food and drink were great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were highly professional and maintained an excellent standard of service throughout our visit. One of our favorite features was the cozy lounge area with a fireplace and relaxing background music. 5-Stars all the way. No plastic anywhere, no paper napkins. Clean white linen instead, and glass eater bottles. Very environmentally conscious. Also very quiet and comfortable in our top level dormer room. The modern radiant heat was silent and efficient, as was simply opening the window when needed. The in-house breakfasts were good, part buffet, part hot order. And dinig there in the evenings was very nice, with excellent, attentive service and great food. Would stay again in the same room in a heartbeat!

Great location a short walk from town centre. Wonderful lounge which was a great place to relax with a book and a nightcap in front of the open fire. Room was very modern with touch controlled lighting and shower. Mirrors were a bit odd. Bed very comfortable. Only complaint was the room in lower level and being awoken every morning before 6 by loud truck outside bedroom window. Make sure your room is on a higher level.

The staff was incredible. We left behind some clothing and did not realize it until a few days later. The staff went out of their way to ship it out to The United States for us

We were allocated a room in the Randles Townhouse. I would not recommend this particular venue to anyone unfortunately. It’s out of the way, has no restaurant or much else with limited parking and really disturbing lighting controls
