Excellent location to explore the island! Beautiful house with a great layout and plenty of room! We were a family of 4, who stayed for a week. Anini Beach was so close to the house, and so beautiful!

Comfortable and well equipped large house was perfect for a family vacation and very convenient to Anini beach. Quiet environment with excellent landscaping, especially enjoyed the screen porch.

Anini Mauka was the perfect location for our trip to Kauai. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Princeville or Hanalei. Anini Beach is still our favorite and only a 5 minute drive. The home had everything needed for the beach too which is a plus!Thank you for a great stay!

This property was immaculate and had everything we could ask for. It offered excellent spaces for everyone to gather for meals or spread out to relax. This is truly one of the best places to stay in the area.

House had good lay out but paper thin walls meant no privacy. Biggest complaint is how run down things are. Stove top knobs no longer have markings like low med high, sink motion sensor screwed up, lights in patio not working, track lights in living room were crazy bright. No can opener, no games. No books, no art. Overall, felt like house owned by private equity company that doesn’t care about creating a comfy welcoming place. Thankfully, property managers were v responsive to our complaints.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A fabulously appointed rental with every amenity needed to maximize our relaxation and local experience! Blender and juicer worked excellent for the freshest flavors in our drinks; both lanais gave options to suit our fancy. The comfiest seats, the comfiest beds, plenty of couch space, and spacious rooms meant everyone could fully explore their relaxation. Minutes from the farmers market and a short walk to the beach puts this rental at the epicenter of an authentic Kauai experience.

Great floor plan, Beautiful, clean, well appointed house. A relaxing comfortable environment. Lovely landscaping. Screened in lanai we spent a lot of time on. Lots of towels and places to hang them so we didn’t have to wash them after every shower or trip to the beach.Great location near a popular snorkeling beach with a reef to break the waves. Supermarket and gas and sushi about 5 min away. Great Saturday farmers market near by and a health food store.Convenient to most things we did going out for take out or a special dinner and sightseeing and hiking.

Anini Mauka Kauai is the ideal home for our vacation style. We loved walking to Kalihiwai beach for the day, and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen for self catering our group of adults.

Great location in between Hanalei and Kilauea. Well appointed home that was super comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the large kitchen and screened in porch. Also very quiet and dark. Would definitely come back.

Paradise found

Perfect stay for a group of 6 adults. The screened in porch was our favorite place to enjoy our meals. Also loved the close access to Anini and Kalihiwai beach. Will be back !!!
