First the good stuff. The location and views were wonderful. The unit was right next to the pool which was very convenient. The sunset views were awesome. In terms of the unit we were disappointed. The unit is described as two bedroom but the second bedroom is separated from the living quarters by a louvered wall which offers no privacy. In essence then it is really a one bedroom. This particular unit is showing its age. The appliances in particular are well past their prime. For example the writing on the range top is barely readable and the buttons on the fridge water dispenser are worn through. When we arrived the lanai door would not lock despite instructions in the guest book to ensure it was locked. The lanai table was missing a piece of tile that was not replace during our 5 and 1/2 week stay despite us informing the property manager of same. We have never seen so many kitchen cupboards dedicated as “ owners cabinets” which was very inconvenient for storage of groceries. Upon arrival the coffee maker did not work so we replaced it ourselves. The kitchen knives were very dull and almost worthless. Generally the unit needs updating such as paint. This is the poorest quality unit we have seen in our VRBO experience.
