One of the unparalleled advantages to our property is access to whale watching from the beautifully maintained grounds & patio. Humpback whales migrate from Alaska & arrive mid-November to give birth to their calves in the warm, protected waters of Maui. They delight our guests with spectacular shows before beginning their journey back to Alaska mid-March. We've lowered our prices so you can come to Maui when they do!

Bring the kids or another couple & stay with us in Condo B12! Everyone will stay COOL with whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/C in the living area & each bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer having windows open for the fresh ocean air. In the living room, unwind in this cool & spacious room on the comfortable sectional sofa while streaming your favorite shows on our HD SmartTV.

Our well-appointed KITCHEN has a microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher. Preparing meals at home is a great option after long days exploring or relaxing at the beach. You'll find oils & spices in the cabinets. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. Bring your favorite drip coffee grounds or pods from home to use in the duo coffeemaker.

The loft ENSUITE bathroom features a walk-in shower. The downstairs bathroom has a grab bar in the tub/shower combo, perfect for a long soak after hiking one of Maui's many trails. Each bathroom has a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. You'll replenish as needed. Hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you.

In the loft you'll enjoy a quiet, tranquil night’s sleep on a new KING mattress & quality sheets. Two twin beds located downstairs are perfect for kids. For a $50 fee, housekeeping will join them into a king bed with a conversion kit and bedding.

4 Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS & an UMBRELLA, beach cooler & beach towels are provided in the condo for you. Take them on your beach excursions! We also provide boogie boards and pool noodles.

From our crystal-clear mosaic-tiled OCEANFRONT PATIO & POOL, you'll be just steps from the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated & stretching for miles in either direction. You'll find plenty shade under the table or lawn umbrellas - perfect for reading that book you found in one of our two libraries.

You'll love the view from our patio early in the morning - perfect for chilling with your cup of joe (out by 7:00 am daily.) Start your day with a RELAXING beachfront walk, followed by stand-up paddle boarding in the serene waters of our incredible bay! Ask staff where to rent beach gear & toys. Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges & umbrellas just steps from the beach. Bring your airpods if the sound of the waves lapping the beach is just too soothing for your sensibilities! :-)

Watch BEAUTIFUL sunsets from our oceanfront patio with its two BBQ grills while grilling dinner & sipping tropical adult beverages. It's a great place to gather with family & friends. This is where you'll meet & talk story with other guests, some who have been coming here for decades. You'll soon find out why that is! Kihei Sands is a very special place.

There is an abundance of DINING options ranging from casual to upscale nearby in South Kihei, Wailea and Pa'ia. We're located right next door to Dina's Sandwitches, where you can get your first tropical drink & meal after your long flight.
