B304 with AC is a Deluxe, 2-bedroom, 2 bath, partial ocean view.  Oversized tile floors adorn the main living area and bathrooms. Seascape blown-glass wall sconces enhance the tropical turquoise accent walls bringing the colors of Maui indoors. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and new shutter style window coverings. The loft master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom. Built in closet systems and new bedroom furniture and fixtures complement each bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops and backsplash and a walk around kitchen island that seats three. Acrylic dishware is available for use at the pool. B304 has extremely comfortable furniture to accommodate end of the day relaxation. Glazed sliding glass patio doors provide additional protection from the sun. Enjoy dining on the lanai while enjoying the courtyard tiki torches &  Maui’s world-renown sunsets.  A smart tv is provided for access to movies and cable television networks. Games and a small reading library are available for your enjoyment.  AC in each bedroom and living room.  Ceiling fans in all rooms.  sofa bed.  Condo sleeps 6.

Good location in south Maui, close to everything including groceries, shopping and restaurants, surf schools, dive shops, lots of beaches. You will want a car to get to most of it. Great sunset view from condo beach and pool. Did not spend much time at this beach because there was so much to do and see around the island. Photos of condo are accurate for the unit we stayed in, we ended up in a different unit than originally booked due to B304 being unavailable (previous tenant unable to fly out because of airline issues). Leslie contacted me about this before arrival and was very nice. Would stay at Luana Kai again.

The place is clean and cozy. Everything is well stocked and we cooked half of our meals in the condo. The view is great and we loved the pool and the hot tub!

Good place for small family get together.

The property was accurately described and was well stocked. The ocean view was better than I thought it would be. We enjoyed our stay. The only comment was that there was sort of medicinal smell when walking in and in the back bedroom. Didnt like the carpets. Location was good and property was peaceful, though our unit was close to the road. Parking was very convenient.

Worked perfectly for the family. Older building but unit was very clean and all appliances worked. Use the wifi pw on the back of the router as the instructions were incorrect.
