Best Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying on the property. We love the location and the friendly atmosphere. This stay was significantly different because of the loud neighbors coming and going from 5:30am to 1am at night - it was very hard to sleep and it was louder than I ever recall it being. I think we would definitely choose an AC unit next time so that we can leave the window shutters closed to keep the noise level down. It was really a drag. Also the beds and pillows in this unit were very very uncomfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is beautiful but has no A/C there were some things that were vary dirty like the only fan that was pervided had to have housekeeping come back to clean. There were lots of bugs and hundreds of ants we had to by ant traps. We really enjoyed Jason bringing donuts and coffee on Wed. We love the property but would not stay in this unit again

Otherwise love this place, love the view from the balcony, and quality of furniture was excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very dark. The numerous lights were dim and difficult to find the switch that corresponded. Paint colors were very dark. great kitchen and lanai location. Fine for two people or a close family. Master bed pillows were practically touching the neighbors entrance was far enough front to have a pretty good view of the beach. We have stayed in several different units and do know the down side of the condo ( parking, laundry, neighbor house, noise). All in all the location o the beach is great.
