Villa 208 is one of a few Beach Villas, which were delivered new in 2006, to recently undergo complete updating, including specimen quality quartz kitchen counters, an iridized glass full-height back-splash, a Miele induction cook-top, a built-in, quartz-topped dining buffet, elegant wall sconces, recessed LED art lighting, & an African Wenge wood, built-in, Super High Definition OLED LG TV & Sound Bar with surround sound in the living room & another OLED LG TV in the master suite. We also installed Apple TV's in all 4 bedrooms & the great room. Plus, We invite you to download the Sonos App & choose your favorite stations which you can now play in every room! This villa is in pristine condition & all surfaces have been re-finished to create an elegant residential experience.
The sophisticated yet warm-comfy feeling in this unit inspired us to accessorize the space with American handmade works of art that deserve to be enjoyed, utilized & lived with! “We have been offering the finest quality American handmade pottery, hand-blown art glass, wood-works & fiber accessories in our Ithaca, NY gallery, ‘American Crafts by Robbie Dein,’ since 1972”. We are dedicated to surrounding ourselves with Beauty. We wanted to create a Vacation Rental Residential Experience that celebrates the creativity, beauty, humor & function that we find in totally Handmade American Crafts. There are hand-wrought steel & hand-blown glass torchiere lamps by a Pennsylvania couple, a Raku-fired, Jade Crackle, ‘Two Wishes Jar’ by a Big Island potter, two pit-fired ceramic and exotic wood sculptures, plus a multi-mirror, ceramic and exotic wood wall sculpture & a magnificent floor lamp by a Rochester artist. Two, ‘Dancing in the Marsh’ contemplative torch-blown glass sculptures are sentients on either side of the hand-made entertainment center. And, adding fire & color to this relaxed subdued decor are four hand-blown glass vases & a low bowl rendered in swirling rivers of oranges, yellow & green glass by another Big Island artist. We have added a three-drawer cherry & quilted maple jewelry box with velvet interior to provide a vacation stay for the jewelry you choose to travel with; made by a mid-west woodworker. This will be your home away from home! Additionally, we could not restrain ourselves from complementing these American hand-made decorative elements with hand-sewn bed scarfs, pillows & shams made from the finest Kravet Couture, Robert Allen, Schumacher & Sunbrella fabrics. Finally, we are blessed to have one of Maui’s finest nature photographers, our son, Quincy Dein, provide us with his fine art photographs of many of Maui and Hawaii’s most enchanting environments. We Invite You to come to rejuvenate in this
consciously conceived environment. You will arrive & identify your party at the main guarded entry gate & proceed to the porte-cochere entrance to the Wailea Beach Villas. There is a guest registration attendant in the elegant, open-air, two-story ocean-view lobby. Additionally, we have a complete, on-site, business center, a game room with a pool table, & a comprehensive gym adjacent to the family pool and spa area.
