This second floor Turtle Point villa offers 1,668 sq feet of living space and has been remodeled with an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and enclosed sun porch on the main level. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and a convenient breakfast bar. Tasteful furnishings compliment the bright and open space, with the living room and bedrooms each having a flat screen TV.

4953 Turtle Point Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The two guest bedrooms on the first level of the villa offer ample space, with one bedroom configured as a second master with king sized bed and its own en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds. Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious and holds a king sized four post bed, and opens to a private balcony with bistro seating to take full advantage of the lagoon views.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
