Fantastic time in Kiawah. Great house, loved the large common area and pool!

We all had such a fantastic time in Kiawah. The house was great, we loved hanging out in the big, open common area and enjoyed the pool too. Can’t wait to come back!

Island perfection

We absolutely loved staying at Marsh Island Retreat. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed being able to cook at home and enjoy the pool or go down the road to go out. Thanks for a beautiful home to rest our heads and hang our hats for a short time.

Stunning Home

Marsh Island Retreat was the best property this far. The pool was not heated as expected since my stay was short but overall my family enjoyed this property. I will definitely book again in the future.

We recently stayed here for a golf trip, and it exceeded all expectations. The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and feels fresh and modern. The location is ideal—just a short bike ride to the beach and conveniently close to all the top Kiawah golf courses. We had an incredible stay and will definitely be returning!

What a lovely spot! We recently stayed at this house and enjoyed the fabulous access to the beach, as well as all the amenities the island has to offer. The golf was spectacular, but so was dining at the Sanctuary and shopping in the town center! This is a great place – bright, clean, spacious! – and it’s in a perfectly convenient location for enjoying all the greatness of Kiawah Island.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Kiawah Island home! The house is stunning—fully updated, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It easily accommodated our group of four families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We biked everywhere—to the beach, restaurants and stores. The courtyard is such a gem—private and serene—and the plunge pool (both hot and cold!) was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a spectacular stay at this Kiawah rental. The property was so clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee, cocktails or dip in the pool! Truly loved the location of the house, set back in lush landscape. Just a short bike ride to the gorgeous beaches and trails. Golf courses, shops and restaurants were all in close proximity. The host was receptive and responsive to all of our needs. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended!!

Holy crap—what a beautiful area, what a beautiful neighborhood, and oh what a stunning house. Modern, clean, and impeccably-styled—we thought we had entered a magazine when we walked in. From the pool to the open concept style to the modern kitchen: worked great for the group we came down with. Close to the beach, good food, and beautiful golf courses. We biked, walked, and jaunted over to the charming downtown. Perfect for a family vacation or a weekend away with friends. We WILL be back!
