This second floor vacation rental on Kiawah Island is renovated and perfect for any small group of travelers!

Centrally located on Kiawah Island, this villa offers the perfect location for guests to enjoy a short walk to the beach, close proximity to the Sanctuary and Night Heron Park, and only a short drive from some great restaurants and other amenities that the surrounding areas have to offer!

Enter the villa and immediately appreciate the updated design with an open floorplan and spacious rooms. The living room has a simple and elegant design with modern furnishings and white accents that compliment the light coming in from the porch windows. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book, or watching the flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. There is also a wet-bar to enjoy an evening cocktail.

Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the screened in porch allows the guest to take in the beautiful sights and sounds that the island has to offer. Sit back and enjoy the lagoon views. You'll be sure to spot an alligator or two.

The dining area, which allows for comfortable seating for four, is only steps away from the open kitchen area where access is available from both the dining area and the front hallway leading to the living room. Great Place to Stay!

I had a quick visit that came up quickly and this place was available, highly rated, fairly priced, and most importantly clean. Everything was as stated once I was there. My stay was short but sweet and I would recommend this one to others. If possible, I would stay there again on future stays!

Retreat with water views

My time on Edisto was very nice. The water views of the canal could be seen from the living room and the master. The neighborhood was also very quiet which was nice. Only concern was the rental did seem a bit humid and musty upon entry. Opening up the windows and sliding door to air out the rental helped a bit.

Perfect Fall getaway

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was a comfy spot to relax and enjoy the lagoon views. It was a short, easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Convenient location in a quiet section.

Short vacation get-a-way

The property was very nice, as pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. We especially enjoyed the comfortably furnished screened-in porch as a place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Kiawah Island. The nearby beach was also a great place to spend a day.

Wonderful property!

Perfect for a Family of 4!

Our family of 4 stayed in this villa for 4 nights. It was in a great location and it was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, showers and w/d worked well. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the living room furniture.

Disappointing Experience

As we walked into the kitchen we were struck by the disgusting tile with what looked like black mold. The furniture in the living room and on the screened in porch were in poor shape and very uncomfortable. We would never recommend this place unless it was updated. Oh and we discovered a sauce pan on the porch that had a layer of burnt food on the bottom … disgusting.

Cute condo. Nicely updated. Great views of the pond, gators, and deer. Unit smells of oven cleaner when we arrived. Filed the unit with smoke when we pre-heated the oven. Overall nice experience.

Wonderful Oasis

The unit was beautifully furnished with private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. The layout was great and felt large. The porch is screened in and overlooks a pond where you can see an alligator or two. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes pots and pans and both a coffee pot and a keruig. It should be noted that there are three sets of stairs with about six steps each to get to the unit. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. I would rent it again

Great location & awesome patio

We had a great time at this property. It was seamless to check in/out. The condo looked exactly like the pictures, with the exception of the master bath which has been upgraded (now has 2 sinks). Cozy couch & games in the console. Beds were also cozy and AC worked great. Screened in porch was fabulous - loved that no bugs got in especially because the pond was right behind. One day we even saw an alligator sunbathing across the pond on the grass for a bit. Was a very quick bike ride to the beach. Only thing I will mention is don't leave food out on the kitchen counter as the ants will come (they are hiding until you do this). Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

Family Wedding Weekend: Perfect location, floor plan was great. Seamless checkin/out process.

This beautifully furnished unit was very clean and welcoming. Kitchen is well equipped. Even though we didn't cook while there, a family could prepare holiday dinners and even do some baking! We loved the Keurig Coffee maker. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee because we had delightful cooler than normal weather with low humidity. My husband (with his new knee) walked to Turtle Beach from the unit and so enjoyed reading on the screened porch between wedding events. I had the pleasure of meeting the young woman who came to clean the unit as we were departing. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I hope she is part of your ongoing cleaning crew. We will recommend this property and Sweetgrass Management to family and friends. The owners are in good hands with your Management Company. And thank you to the young woman who helped me solve, via prompt return phone call, the brief problem of relocking the door. Perhaps write a little instruction on that and tape to door. Thank you all so much for a wonderful weekend.

Lovely stay

The property location was central to everything and was just a short & easy walk to the beach about 0.3 miles. Villa was clean and cozy. It even looked better in real life than on the pictures. The only complaint is the moldy shower curtain in the master bedroom. Enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the future.
