STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms or weather. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. In certain cases, highways may be closed by the authorities. Renters assume all risk with weather and road closures. Owner does not guarantee anything related to the resort, restaurants, or other entertainment being open during the guests’ stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – The owner highly recommends that renters purchase travel insurance as refunds will not be given for any scenario other than as allowed with the standard cancellation window.

If this property is booked, we have a friend with a similar 4-bed / 4-bath condo next door at the Springs. Their unit is vrbo/722704.

We are following all CDC guidelines on cleaning and sanitizing our property. Our clean team is a professional service that has been trained in the cleaning and sanitizing of short term rentals they have gone through additional training recently on how to properly clean and sanitize short term rentals. Extra products and sanitizer will be supplied in our property for your use during your stay. We ask that you please not take these items with you as some products are very hard to find and we want to assure all of our guest that these items will be available for their stay .
All of our linens and towels are sent out between each rental for professional cleaning.


We have adapted one of the bedrooms with an en-suite into a handicapped accessible room. This room has a single grip bar placed beside the bed. There is also a grip bar in the tub/shower. We can supply a super pole with super bar for the shower . We also can supply a combination padded seat transfer bench with commode opening.
The above items need to be requested 14 days in advance of your stay.
