The location provides the perfect holiday base for many Lakeland walks without the need for a car. Whether you are looking to explore the high fells, lakes, valleys or simply wish to enjoy the stunning views, Rowling House is ideally situated.Rowling House has a large farmhouse kitchen with an Aga and open fires in each of the sitting rooms. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, 2 king-sized doubles and 2 twins. There is an additional large family bathroom with shower and roll top free standing bath. (Bedroom 1 has a zip and link Super King bed)
The house has two separate sitting rooms, both with open fires, logs supplied and TV & DVD players. Free WiFi is provided
