Newly built in 2018, this River View Deluxe King cabin was constructed in a duplex configuration adjacent to Cottage #24 that has double queen beds. Each cottage has its own enclosed porch for privacy and can be enjoyed separately. A sliding door divides the two porches, and this set up can be ideal for families or friends travelling together to share the duplex cottages.

This River View Deluxe King cabin features:

• Free parking space for 1 vehicle adjacent to the cabin

We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please review the following policies:

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.

• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.

• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.

• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.

• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.

• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.
