Great location, cozy family room, roomy spaces.

Wonderful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, great fenced in yard. We did not cook for our short stay but kitchen was ready. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing Stay

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Very well stocked, organized and clean. The host was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. Plenty of room for family and friends. Loved the private back yard and quiet neighborhood. Will absolutely stay here again.

Something borrowed……….

We were in town for a wedding and found the house convenient to all the associated activities. The house was the perfect size for our family of five. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough pillows, which made my wife quite happy. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked with a nice coffee bar and bottled water in the fridge. The outdoor space was private, and, since the weather was great, we took advantage of the little downtime we had to relax there. The house was close to the River Trail. It is a great place to get in a scenic, peaceful walk. We would definitely stay here again on any future visit to Kerrville

Great everything!!

We loved staying at this cute little home! So close to Schreiner and I loved that it had 2 king beds! The “fandaliers” were awesome and we really enjoyed all the little touches. This house really has everything you could ask for! Love it and will stay here again!

Hill Country Wedding Weekend

What a cute home, in a great location! Laura was a wonderful host and we had a great stay. So many “extras” were provided, like shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers to a fully stocked bar. While we didn’t partake, it was nice to have those extra touches provided. If you’re planning a trip to Kerrville, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

Friend’s weekend

We arrived on Wednesday evening… the house was easy to find … the backyard was exceptional … nicely maintained… we had our dogs with us . The property owner provided poop bags … lovely fenced in backyard And covered patio area … The bedrooms were spacious… the bathroom’s exceptionally well furnished with extras (if you had forgotten your toothbrush/shampoo/) we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in kerrville …

Looks Just Like the Pictures!

If cleanliness and amenities are important to you, stay here! The entire house was spotless and looked just like its pictures. We enjoyed the lovely coffee area, and I especially appreciated the countertop space and extra hooks in the bathroom. The beds are comfy and the neighborhood is quiet.
