This 1,300 sqft renovated two-bedroom cottage features: • Contact free check in & keyless entry • Free parking space for 1-2 vehicles adjacent to the cottage • 1 queen bed in each bedroom • 1 fold-out couch in the living room • Smart TV • Free WiFi • Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, basic utensils, coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods • Full bathroom with shower/tub combo • Hairdryer Just steps away from the River Trail path and the Guadelupe River, guests will enjoy the lawn area in front of the cottage, and access to outdoor fire pits as well as BBQ grills along the river front. We also have an onsite event space for rental if you wish to celebrate birthdays, family reunions, anniversaries or any special occasions. Please feel free to contact us about group booking. Just a 2-minute drive from downtown Kerrville and Shreiner University, you will find this cottage to be a convenient hub for your Hill Country getaway.

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.
• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.
• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.
• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.
• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.
• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.
• Laundry: Onsite laundry facilities are unavailable, but a laundromat and dry cleaning services are nearby.
