This exceptionally charming cottage has been in the family for over 100 Years. We have just completed an extensive renovation which preserves the character and historic architecture with the comfort of modern conveniences. The location with direct views of Goat Island Light is beyond compare. Sit on the expansive wrap-around porch and watch the tide come in until the ocean becomes your front yard. At low tide, walk the sand flats to Stage Harbor or explore the nearby conservation trust islands. Walking distance to restaurants, galleries, and markets in Cape Porpoise Village. A short 5-minute drive to Kennebunkport.

Beautiful spot on the coast of Maine

This is a well loved family summer home. It is set on an inlet along the coast of Maine, perfect for kayaking and relaxing. The home is fully equipped with the exception of a furnace which was minor issue as we had unseasonably cool weather. The fireplace did get plenty of use which added to our warmth and the ambiance!!! We have rented homes in the area for several years now and this is our all time favorite!!!!

Awesome vacations spot !

This place is simply awesome. Everything is perfect and Alan is a great owner, he answered promptly. Perfect for a family, few minutes away from the beach. Our toddler enjoyed the covered porch. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are going back definitely!
