Bezerkley Bungalow in Silver Valley

Cute and comfortable house nestled up against the mountains at the base of Wardner. Easy access to golf, fishing, hiking and mountain biking trails, the Trail Of The Coeur d' Alene and The Route of the Hiawatha Bike Trail. Five-minute walk to local restaurants & shops and a mile to the Gondola Base of Silver Mountain. A great place for your visit to the Silver Valley. We have a large yard and access to trails right across the street.
This house was built in 1950 and is a simple 2 bedroom home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals "at home" and the house is only a couple of city blocks away from restaurants, coffee houses and the local grocery store. Fresh hotel white linens and towels are provided.
Your host lives in the basement apartment and is available if needed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

My mother and I moved in. We stayed for 7 weeks. The house next door to ours, burned down. Our house had gotten burned on the bedroom side. So we had to stay, until our home was repaired. My mother, being 97, had to be comfortable. It was a perfect place. The owners were like family.

Stayed over Christmas break so we could ski everyday. 5-minutes to the Gondola. House was perfect for 2-Adults and 2-Kids. House is clean and has all the amenities. We enjoyed it so much we booked it again.

Needs work

We had a vacation home in Kellogg so we know what these older homes are like, but this rental needs some work. There is molding missing in the kitchen, no plug in in the bathroom, screen door ripped and the yard is terrible. We couldn't get the TV to work and there were no instructions for it. It does have it's charm here and there but for the price and the non-negotiable insurance you have to purchase in order to rent I probably would not pick this property again.

Nice clean older home.

Older home but nice worked fine for my family. No air conditioning in home. When I booked I didn’t think to make sure there was but it worked out fine cooled down enough in the evening that you could sleep. It does have ceiling fan but you have to push it to get it going and it makes load noise so we didn’t use it. They do have box fans for you and Propurty person was willing to get more if needed. She was very helpful. Also no cable or satellite tv service. They do have WiFi you can stream on your device. That was not helpful for us because we didn’t bring tablets or laptops as we were on motorcycles. I think cable or satellite tv should be available not everyone has a device to watch or wants to watch on a little phone screen. Overall nice clean comfortable house.
