Available for exclusive rental of the Main Villa for 6+ people, and with the addition of the Garden Suite for up to 9+, we often accommodate large, multi-generational groups or several families for comfortable and enjoyable stays.

Set in 1.5 acres of olive groves, Villa Eleftheria is a spacious villa with a pool, accommodating up to 9+ guests in a peaceful setting. Situated on the outskirts of Lakithra in Kefalonia, it offers traditional living combined with modern luxury and stunning views from its secluded hillside location.

The villa spans 243m² over three floors and includes two independent spaces. The Main Villa, which accommodates 6+ adults has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and expansive balconies.

The Garden Suite, an additional space for 3+ adults that is only available for rental in combination with the Main Villa, has a living space, one bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and opens onto the stone courtyard, garden, and pool area.

Outdoor amenities include a large infinity pool with aquatic bench and jacuzzi jets, private parking for several cars, BBQ, boules court, and table tennis. Guests can enjoy various outdoor eating and relaxation areas surrounded by mature olive groves, herb, and citrus gardens. Seasonal fruits and herbs from the garden are available for guests.

Lakithra village, central to the island, is ideal for exploring Kefalonia. It is close to the airport, Argostoli, and beaches. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and deliveries are available.

A car is recommended to explore the island. Property Manager Samantha is available during your stay, and a welcome hamper that includes our own jams and olive oil and linen service are provided.
The villa is soundproofed and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. A Smart TV comes with satellite channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Villa is beautiful, clean, well maintained and quiet. Set back from the main road I would suggest car/quad hire, although a short walk takes you to the bus stop. There are a few local restaurants, bakery, coffee shop if you don’t mind walking. The Villa is on 3 floors, top floor has a very well equipped kitchen with eating areas inside and outside, it also has a very comfortable living area, bathroom and master bedroom. Second floor has an entrance hall, bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. Ground floor has a self contained living area, with large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrooms. Outside has a a large courtyard with dining area, games area and carpark. Various garden areas to explore including a herb garden. The pool is great with plenty of loungers so you can jump from sun to shade when needed. Lots of wildlife. Birds (my favourite was watching the golden eagles on a morning across the valley), lizards and of course cats. We a cat lovers so encouraged them, but if you aren’t a fan they are easily scared away. A short drive to Argostoli, Lassi and Svotonara where you can shop, take boat trips, turtle watching or chill on the beach. I can’t recommend this villa enough. The one thing that set it apart was Samatha the manager. From the day we booked it, to days after we left, she had gone above and beyond helping us. She has lived on the island for years so has a wealth of knowledge. She couldn’t have made our stay any more comfortable.

Samantha’s communication with us from start to finish was fabulous. A generous welcome pack on arrival. The villa was exactly as described and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or return. Outstanding features are all the many outdoor seating areas

Beautiful villa in stunning surroundings

We had a fabulous time in beautiful Kefalonia. The villa was perfect with breath taking views. It was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed some lovely evenings in the local village, Lakithra. Argostoli is a lovely town with great bars and restaurants and a taxi cost 20 Euros. Will definitely come back.
