Du kommer inte vilja lämna detta charmiga, unika ställe mitt i Sörmland. Moderniserat äldre timmerhus med 2 badrum och 1 toalett. 3 sovrum och master med eget badrum. Loft med plats för 2-3 madrasser. Egen brygga med bryggbåt som drivs med elmotor. Enskild privat väg till huset, härlig altan runt hela huset med belysning.
Vi började renovera detta äldre timmerhus 2019 och står nu klart 2022, vi har renoverat allt inuti men behållt landet känslan men otroliga fönster.

Fabulous Stay

A beautifully appointed house in a fantastic rural location. Peaceful and quiet with wonderful views over the fields and lake. The decking around the house is perfect for enjoying the environment and spotting the wildlife. We enjoyed the firepit/bbq and the gardens. Comfortable and well equipped with many home touches and attention to detail,(coffee pods, chocolates and cold water in the fridge awaiting our arrival.) Great communication with the lovely owners who make their home your for the duration of your stay. Thank you.

Unser Aufenthalt war entspannt, das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß,aber mit viel unnützem Zeug voll gepackt ( in den Küchenschränken ) man hat fast keinen Platz für Lebensmittel....gehört mal dringend ausgemistet!!! Das WC im Obergeschoss ist nur für Kinder, da der Abstand zwischen WC und Wand zu gering ist! In zwei Zimmern war kaum Stauraum für Kleidung.

Schönes Haus im schwedischen Outback

Wir hatten trotz Wetterpech einen schönen Aufenthalt in Katrineholm. Die Lage oberhalb des Sees inmitten von Kornfeldern ist sehr schön, das Boot und die fahrende Terrasse einfach sensationell! Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein! Danke an die wirklich sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter!
