A very warm Namaste to our honorable guests! Welcome to Nepal, home of the majestic Himalayas and natural beauty! Prepare your relaxing holiday at our Luxurious Sherpa/Tibetan 3-Story triplex built around a central atrium with 4 Br, 4 Bath, Chandeliers, huge living room, kitchen and a dining room. Located in the center of Boudha and near everything! Enjoy the finest Nepali hospitality with our cook and cleaning staff. Access to the Terrace with a view and a garden to relax on.

This gorgeous house boasts of Nepali and Tibetan architecture and is an ode to the high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, marble floors, authentic wooden entrance door, handcrafted high end rugs from Tibet and traditional wall art & sculptures.

House has 3 entrance door - Huge traditional Nepali carved main entrance door, South entrance and east entrance door. 1 Bathroom on ground fl, 2 on 2nd fl and the 1 on the 3rd fl.

Car/Motorcycle parking space is also available in the front of the house.

Bedroom setups- 3 bedrooms on the 2nd fl and 1 bed room on the 4th fl. Master bedroom on the 2nd fl has an attached bathroom with a tub and a balcony. Bedroom #2 also on the 2nd fl also has an attached balcony.

Roof on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of the Kathmandu valley, Boudha Stupa and the Hills and mountain as far as the eyes can see! Garden and kitchen garden in front of the house with avocado and orange trees. (You may pick and enjoy the organic avocado =)

Fast Wi-Fi! Bose speaker, 50" Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Local channels etc to keep you entertained during your stay.

Beautiful house with amazing hosts

The house is amazing and exactly as the pictures described it. It is a beautiful villa about 5 min walk from the main Boudhha road and about 10 minutes walk from Budhha stupa. We booked it for family stay and some pre-wedding ceremonies and had to get permission from the host for the same. Initially we had trouble connecting with the host (property manager - based out of a different country). We made several attempts by phone, vrbo messages, and whatsapp. But once we got in touch with Maiya, we were in good hands. Maiya and her husband are the best hosts I have come across and we've been using vacation rentals for over a decade now. They were always helpful, providing items, connecting us with vendors, and even helped arrange food for 30 people (house guests and other guests) last minute. Don't know how would we have managed without them. All through the process, they were there helping us and supporting us. The ceremonies resulted in some chaos, flowers all over the place, and even some damage to their beautiful intricate furniture. They just shrugged it off as by products of the pre-wedding ceremonies. At times, they were more family than my own family. I cannot say enough good things about them. And we made plans to meet the next time they are in my city. If you are a bigger group and looking for the famous Nepali hospitality, you cannot go wrong with this place. Highly recommend 10/10
