Very professional and courteous staff! Extremely helpful and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome! The property is a little oasis in a frenetic neighbourhood- lots of greenery, and a peaceful environment. Lovely breakfast, too! Great location for access to the Thamel vibe, (and shopping!), and walking distance to major sights. Highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

I have visited Nepal many times, but this hotel is the best balanced so far. It is especially clean and quiet despite being in the center of the city. The staff were also very kind, and I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested us to give tips immediately. His tone and attitude made us feel we were robbed. Later the driver clarified with us that guy wasn’t the hotel staff, and said he saw that guy many times doing the same thing before. If the driver knew that, he should have told us at first and asked that guy to go away. The hotel driver even didn’t try to help us when the fake staff tried to “rob” our money. His silence made us have a bad impression on our first night in Kathmandu. We truly didn’t expect we would encounter something like this when we booked pick up service from a hotel.
