Ideal Base to explore the west coast of Cyprus, Paphos, and beaches and world heritage sites to the south, Coral Bay, Sea Caves, Akamas to the west, Latchi, Polis, Argaka to the North, all within a short drive. Drive on the same side of road as UK. Ans when you do not wish to explore, you can stay and relax at the Pool and Hot tub or sunbathe on the private terraces.The large lounge with optional internet English tv leads into the kitchen which comes fully equipped with white goods, Granite worktops. There is a large downstairs shower room and Toilet. Air conditioning is included. The dining room has patio doors to the covered terrace. Upstairs, all the bedrooms have patio doors to the large balcony and views to the valley and mountains and fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes with sliding mirror doors. There is a 25% discount when you book 7 nights or more as Vrbo do a nighty rate, (short stay) so which has to be higher to cover the cleaning costs.
The master bedroom has a dressing room with fitted wardrobes and en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and two sets of patio doors. The upstairs family bathroom serves the other two double bedrooms; both have fitted wardrobes, patio doors to the balcony, Masterbedroom has a tv.. Outside the villa is a 10x5 infinity swimming pool, large patio area with sunbeds surrounding the pool for sunbathing with a jacuzzi at the far end and BBQ.Also a private sun terrace, above the pool area, if you wish to avoid the splash of the pool area.


The villa, has arched covered terraces, is located near Theletra which only 10 to 15 minutes drive away from Paphos, Latchi, Coral Bay. In all directions beaches are easily reached the blue flag Coral bay, Snorkelling at the Sea Caves and St Georges bay, the nature reserve at Lara beach and Akamas , Windsurfing and boat hire at Latchi which also has a marina. The Villages of Kathikas and Strombi are less than 5 minutes drive which have small supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, Police station, wineries.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Villa Vouno Thea is well appointed location. Plenty of outdoor space. It truly is a quiet, peaceful haven. The villa it self is more than adequate. All the rooms are large, as is the balconies. Martin, Roger’s villa manager was more than ever to assist if anything were to go wrong, exceptional nice guy. All in all great Villa & ideal location.

Had the most amazing holiday at the villa. Breathtaking location and so much space…. The pool was amazing and the views from every inch of the property were incredible. Half term at Villa Vuono

Had a fantastic week at Villa Vuono. Communication from Roger was excellent from the start. I would say the images can't really do the setting justice. Amazing views across to Troodos range. Great size pool and plenty of outdoor space to soak up the scenery. The kids were in their element. Easy access to both Paphos and Latsi with a rental vehicle. We enjoy trail running and there was easy access to multiple hilly trails immediately from the front of the property, many through local vineyards. A great location for those seeking true relaxation. A vehicle is needed for eating out but this was not a great inconvenience. Latchi Watersports were excellent in their provision of self drive boat hire which made for a great day on the coast...highly recommended. My wife says her favourite family holiday yet and with 4 children from 6-12yrs there has been a lot of competition!!

Quiet and peaceful

The location of this villa couldn't be any better for our family. It is very quiet and peaceful, but easy to reach on the main roads, and also close to Paphos and many local attractions / beaches. There are some great places to eat nearby, just 5-10 minutes away with a car (we mostly enjoyed tavernas in Kathikas). The outside space is spot on, with plenty of space to relax, or have a family lunch/dinner, whether you prefer sun or a shade. The pool is massive and with an amazing view. We were pleasantly surprised that there were no cicadas around (there were plenty in other places in Cyprus at the time), so we were either lucky, or there are no cicadas in a proximity, which can only be a bonus :) The house layout is good, with a living space and one of the showers downstairs, and all bedrooms upstairs. The location of the villa meant that evening sun did not heat up the inside of the house, so we barely needed to use aircons (ceiling fans were used mostly). We did have some issues with the internet (though Martin was very helpful in sorting things out), and bathrooms could use some extra hooks or shelves for keeping towels and toiletries, but overall it's a stunning villa, and we had the most amazing time here! Fantastic Villa, great location - out the way but close enough to all main towns. Fantastic views to wake up to every morning, quiet in the evenings . Group of 5 of us for my 30th and accommodated us all perfectly. Will defo be returning.

This place is just spot on never had this much out of a place all those mountains to ourself and the night sky WOW pin cushion comes to mind roger the owner 10/10 martin the property maintenance guy nothing too much trouble we did have a few minor issues which were sorted asap so over all 10/10 guys.

Amazing Property, Quiet with fantastic views

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, PERFECT STAY, VERY IDYLLIC VILLA From start to finish was fantastic, we booked at last minute. Roger phoned us with all the information and when the Villa would be ready. The villa is set in the hills beautiful, peaceful with amazing view especially when in the infinity pool. The villa was beautiful inside and very clean, perfect outdoor space set out very well. Martin the property maintenance manger was on hand if any questions or needed anything ie internet wasn't working so within 30 minutes someone came, cable needed changing sorted Advise for nearest post offices or pharmacy also. There was the possibility of of our flight being cancelled so Martin offered the use of the villa for 1 more night if needed before guests were arriving the following day.Can't say anything negative about the villa or the guys that own and look after it apart from in the bathrooms could do with shelves for putting toiletries on. Thankyou for a lovely stay

The property was in such a dreadful state of repair that we left as soon as we could arrange alternative accomodation. The Jacuzzi was unusable and needs replacing.The tiles surrounding the pool are loose and represent a trip hazard.The Kitchen was poorly equipped and the furnishings shabby and worn. The only positive was that we received a full refund. We were so disappointed that our dream holiday was ruined and can only hope that anyone intending to book ensures the necessary repairs and improvements have been carried out to avoid disappointment. Amazing stay (especially after lockdown)

From the moment we booked until after our stay the host has been great with communication, answering all our queries quickly. The Villa is amazing, well laid out, spacious and secluded. The pool is great and used it every day and the hot tub was perfect as it was ready for us when we arrived. Mikka the property manager was also very informative and helpful and was able to easily contact her at anytime. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again when we return.

A wonderful villa in a relaxing, secluded location

We (2 couples) have just had an excellent week at Villa Vouna Thea. The villa It is all that it promises. A lovely secluded location that is within a nature reserve. Great for wildlife enthusiasts. I enjoyed my morning swim in the infinity pool with great views and relaxing in the hot tub (also no mosquitoes). The BBQ is a great addition to the patio/terrace area and was well used by us. Situated between Paphos & Polis (30-minute drive either way). There are several good restaurants in Kathikas that are only a 10-minute drive. Roger provided great communication throughout the booking process & through to our departure date. We all returned home very relaxed from this wonderful place and will definitely look to return.

A Little Slice Of Cyprus!

When we booked the villa with Roger we were looking for quiet peaceful location that had stunning views with all the comforts. I am happy to say this villa ticked all the boxes! From the infinity swimming pool to the comfort of the jacuzzi to relax in the evening over a glass of wine. We were spoilt with fantastic views which I would advise, is worth getting up early once to see the sun rise. The villa had air conditioning that surprisingly only needs or switched on occasionally due to the fans that keep the air cool even with temperatures as hot as they are in the summer. The villa gives you amazing privacy without feeling isolated so you can relax completely and still only be 35 minutes from Pathos or 45 minutes from Polis. The villa even had a cool bag which was a lifesaver as you can take bottles of water you have purchased from the cool fridge, ice packs supplied in the freezer and go out for a drive knowing you can grab a cool bottle of water from the boot! When leaving the drive at the villa we turned right on the main road for a 3 minute drive to Kathikas where there is a fantastic restaurant called the Farmyard. Please don't be fooled by the name! the food was fantastic so was the service worth trying once to grab a slice of Greek Cypriot hospitality and fine cooking. Our only disappointment was the holiday ending!

Ticked all our boxes, a really private and beautiful property

Our stay at the villa was just what the doctor ordered ! A secluded getaway far from any busy and commercialised resorts. The villa was well equipped ( albeit that we think it could do with a Bluetooth speaker system to replace the antiquated stereo which only took cassette tapes !! ) The pool, terraces and balconies offer exceptional views and the hot tub is a must for relaxing in the evenings ( but do watch out for the mozzies !! ) We would definitely recommend the villa to those seeking a real peaceful retreat x

We (couple and baby daughter) very much enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is comfortable and well away from noise and other houses. The view is fantastic. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine even though it was mid-November. Roger was very helpful with any requests or queries we had. Highly recommended!

Wunderbare Aussicht, ruhige Lage ohne direkte Nachbarn. Man kann ungestört laut sein und Neujahr feiern;) Leider hat das Bettzeug nach Schweiß gerochen, in allen Zimmern. Gorgeous villa

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus staying at Roger's gorgeous villa! Communication with Roger and Martin (in Cyprus) was simple, fast and helpful. Martin also provided us with some great tips for things to do and places to eat. The villa is very spacious, clean and has everything you need, just as described. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing, especially our two boys had a great time cooling off. Since the villa is secluded it is very quiet and peaceful there, great for relaxing. The views of the surrounding hills and fields are beautiful. Paphos, Latchi and lots of beaches can be reached by car in around 30 minutes, so it is perfectly situated for exploring this part of the island. There are also places to eat or buy groceries close by. All in all we had a great vacation and can highly recommend Roger's villa.

Absolutely great Villa

We had a wonderful stay in this large hillside villa. The whirlpool and the "normal" pool offer plenty of refreshment by day and night. There is a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape from the many terraces and the pool. The villa is a good starting point for many day and beach activities by car. It is about 20 minutes to Paphos, Polis/Latsi and Pegeia and to the respective beaches. It takes a similar amount of time to get to the larger supermarkets, but you can cover all your needs with the various small supermarkets/kiosks, special fruit and vegetable markets and "bakeries" that can be found in the immediate vicinity. Roger and Martin are very friendly and communication with them was pretty smooth. The house has all the necessary equipment and a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational facilities. All in all, we can highly recommend the stay :)
