Traveled with family and small children
Sehr schlechter Gastgeber. Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber nicht informiert das es eine doppelbuchung für dieses Apartment gab. Gestern hat er noch gesagt (Telefonisch) das er uns die Daten für den Check in schickt und heute konnten wir ihn bis 18:00 Uhr telefonisch nicht erreichen. Als wir ihn dann am Telefon erreichen konnten, teilte er uns mit das das Apartment doppelt verbucht ist. Wir haben ihn über mehrere Kanäle (WhatsApp und FeWo-App) angeschrieben aber er ist nicht einmal darauf eingegangen. 250 km gefahren leider sehr enttäuscht da wir 250km nochmals zurück fahren müssen. Der Gastgeber hat behauptet das Expedia den Fehler verursacht hat. Diesem Gastgeber würde ich kein Vertrauen schenken.
