Staff did'nt know english and also rude. For dinner initially they told us that only 2 items are available. Only after another guest who was sitting in the next table mentioned a menu then they brought the menu. Both food quality and service was poor

No hot water, terrible wi-fi, air-conditioning broke down and TV didn't work. Poor weather conditions did not help however overall not a pleasurable stay.

Med små medel hade dom kunnat förbättra vistelsen. Nu kändes det rätt rejält slitet och nedgånget utan att personalen hade motivationen att hålla efter vid poolen(skräp, inga madrasser på dom typ sex bäddar som fanns, inga parasoll trots stativ)rummen kändes rätt ofräscha och slitna med ett badrum som man fick uppfattningen av att det aldrig riktigt hade städats RIKTIGT ordentligt utan bara det nödvändigaste och duschutrymmet hade rejält igenkalkade munstycken och en dörr med slitna skrikande lister. När vi kom till rummet hittade vi dessutom matrester kvar i kylskåpet och någons medicin kvar i en låda, ofräscht! Handdukarna hade hål i sig men gjorde det dom skulle. Maten från a la carte menyn var väldigt god, speciellt den indiska och frukosten var helt ok. Hotellet var rätt så lyhört och ekande, antagligen på grund utav de öppna ytorna så öronproppar rekommenderas. Läget är bra men lagom avstånd till tempelområden och utflykter för safari. Läge, pris och pool var helt ok medans det var svårt att kommunicera med personalen.
