Gorgeous home in Porec

Are you dreaming of spending your vacation in a brand new luxury villa with a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby olive groves? In that case, Villa Carpe Diem could be ideal for you! Thanks to its location, this villa is sunny and bright all day long. It is also extremely comfortable and fully equipped. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the living room, which is equipped with a stereo system and a large flat-screen TV. Next to the living room is the elegant, modern kitchen with dining area. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and can accommodate up to 8 people. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while 3 further bedrooms are spread over the second floor. The extremely charming outdoor area offers comfortable sun loungers from which you can enjoy the warm Istrian sun by the pool. However, if you prefer the shade, there are several covered terraces and 2 dining areas. At the back of the villa there is a generously manicured lawn where the youngest guests can have fun and the villa is located near a charming village called Kastelir. It is close to the town of Porec and its beaches. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Areas of interest include the medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheater in Pula and a day trip to Venice are recommended excursions from this region. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf club in Umag near the villa and a golf course on the beautiful island of Brijuni, only 50 km from the villa. The award-winning Istralandia water park is also close by, ideal for a fun day in the sun with the whole family.

. Wir durften im August mit acht Erwachsenen wunderschöne 14 Tage in dem Traumhaus verbringen. .Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool ist absolut top. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist hervorragend, Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad . Wir können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen , kommen gerne wieder.

Wir durften im Juli 2023 wunderbare Tage in duesem Traumhaus verbringen. Das Haus und der Garten ist absolut top. Nach heftigen Gewittern war der Pool recht schmutzig. Das wurde aber sofort und unkompliziert behoben. Toller Service!! Wir kommen gerne wieder…😀..!

Wir haben eine so wunderbare Zeit in dem tollen Haus. Die Lage und der Ausblick ist perfekt. Denis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Pool hat eine ausgezeichnete Wasserqualität. Obwohl er im Oktober frisch ist, benutzen wir ihn ausgiebig. Zu meiner Freude gibt es im Haus viele Fliegengitter. Wir fühlen uns ausgesprochen wohl und werden sicherlich nochmal kommen. Wer entspannen will, ist an diesem Ort genau richtig. Einen Dank an die Hausbesitzer.

Wir waren im August 2023 mit vier Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen zu Gast in der Villa. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte reibungslos und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet - jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage. In der Küche ist auch alles zu finden, was gebraucht wird und verfügt sogar über einen Kaffeevollautomaten, sowei eine Wanschmaschine. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht so gut, wie es wünschenswert wäre, aber im Urlaub ist das womöglich auch mal gut so ;-). Der Pool ist groß genug, um auch ein paar Bahnen ziehen zu können und der Außenbereich ist wirklich top gepflegt. Ein wunderschöner großer Garten gehört dazu und ausreichend Liegestühle und Sitzplätze sowohl im Außen- wie auch im Innenbereich sind auch vorhanden. Ein schöner Außengrill, der mit Holzkohle zu befeuern ist (ist nicht vorhanden) lädt zu lauschigen Grillabenden ein. Der Ort Kastelir selbst ist sehr klein, aber es findet sich fußläufig alles, was vor Ort nötig ist - von einem gut bestückten Supermarkt bis hin zu mehreren Restaurants ist alles vorhanden. Zu den Stränden von Porec und Novigrad muss man etwas fahren, aber das Haus liegt so gut, dass innerhalb von 30-45 Fahrminuten viele schöne Orte in Istrien erreicht werden können. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten daher auch so die Gegend gut erkunden. Es gehört allerdings etwas Kondition dazu - es sei denn man ist mit einem E-Bike unterwegs.

Herzlichen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Die gesamte Einrichtung war sehr einladend, sodass man sich vom ersten Tag an wohl fühlen konnte. Es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte, vielleicht ein paar Messer mehr wäre super))) Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, mit vielen mediteranen Kräutern, ein wunderbarer Duft. Der Pool, das Highlight, sehr erfrischend und entspannend, wenn man von der Ausflügen zurück kehrt. Drei gute Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe, alles da was man braucht.
