Stunning sea and mountain views, large plot with own drive and parking. Set in the cool, green and unspoilt mountain village of Islamlar with its streams and trout restaurants. The sophisticated town of Kalkan famous for its restaurants is 10 mins away. Local restaurants and village shops within walking distance. One of the best beaches in Europe, Patara, is 20 mins away with other beaches within easy reach.

Fabulous villa

We had a lovely holiday in this great villa. The villa is beautifully situated high up in the mountain outside of Kalkan where it is slightly cooler and with lovely views. The villa is extremely well equipped, it was very clean and the outdoor space is lovely. It's very peaceful whilst only a 10-15 minute drive into Kalkan. The local restaurants in Islamar are well worth a visit too.

Wonderful villa

This villa exceeded our hopes and we loved our stay here. Everything worked well and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Eating outside and barbecue was really great. The pool was amazing. We just loved it.

A real piece of Turkey

We stayed at Villa panorama for 7 nights in July with a group of 7 adults and children. The Villa is fairly remote, however a short walk to the local village or a 10 minute taxi to the nearest town. Beautiful views, Tranquil and relaxing! The Villa has everything you need and the village provides a real piece of Turkey! The local spring was refreshing and added a touch of natural beauty (as if it didn’t have enough) Thank you Pat for a wonderful stay!

Amazing villa

Stayed here with a group of 10 friends. Beautiful villa set in the mountains of Islamlar. Facilities are all you need. Great outdoor area and pool. Bedrooms all lovely and the beds comfy. Local village is great for restaurants and they are also very friendly. 10-15 minute drive to Kalkan which was fine for us most days. All in all 5*

Villa Panorama- Islamlar

One of our favourite villas of all time ! Location superb - just a bit cooler than Kalkan. Get to see a slice of ' real Turkey '. Local people charming and helpful - so glad we used the restaurants and shop in the village - the produce on offer was amazing . The villa caretaker , Yusuf , was attentive and so helpful . We relied on taxis to get around - no problem at all. We would definitely stay again ! The house was so comfortable- with added bonus of all the water supply, including the pool , being connected to the local spring water . Just couldn't stop looking at the views. Very highly recommended !

A beautiful, secluded, well eqipped villa with all the comforts of home in a tranquil setting with wonderful views. We greatly appreciated the heated infinity pool, making it a pleasure to use even at the very end of the season. We highly recommend it all.

Don`t book ! Unbearable contact with "our" caretaker Mahmut

Do not book the villa if you want to travel with your children! We travelled with friends and family. The caretaker Mahmut shouted several insults at us for being too loud. He threatened us with the police and violent eviction from the villa. As a result, we left the villa in the morning for the remaining five days and came back in the evening. But we still got several threats that we would be kicked out of the villa for being too loud even though we were not there ! We could not use the pool or the outside area for the whole vaction ! I have rarely been so disappointed after a holiday.
