The staff was great and they always had an English-speaking staff member to help us out! The breakfast with everyone's dog in a little bed next to their table was absolutely adorable.

お風呂が良かった

わんちゃん初めての宿泊にもおすすめです。

大変お気に入りのホテルで、２度目の宿泊です。周辺が緑に囲まれた静かな別荘地であるので、お散歩コースにも恵まれており飼い主と愛犬がのんびり幸せに過ごせます。 ホテルの設備も素晴らしく、館内リードで歩かせることが出来るのが有り難いです。コロナの感染予防もしっかりとされており、食事や受付時に混雑にならないよう、スタッフによる(強制的に聞こえない)優しい声掛けで混雑無しで過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしい接客のおかげで、楽しい家族旅行になりました。

犬を連れて泊まれるホテルとしては至れりつくせりで最高です 今回は星一つ少ない理由は部屋に入った瞬間の匂いがきつかったからです 消臭剤の匂い？かなにかわからないですが前回の滞在では感じなかった強烈な匂いがしばらく消えなく、窓（ドア）を開けて空気の入れ替えをしました ホテルの方々は皆さん感じがよく歓迎してくださり感謝しています
