Welcome to your dream retreat on the picturesque shores of Big Cypress River. This beautiful home features a spacious open floor plan, perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends. The seamless flow from the screened in porch, living room and kitchen offers a warm and inviting space for a relaxing stay. Just 15 minutes from historic downtown Jefferson. Come enjoy the beautiful scenery only Caddo can offer!
The space
The home is a short drive to Marshall or downtown Jefferson! Less than .5 miles from the 43 boat ramp. The driveway into the property has an area for boat/trailer parking.

About the home:

Home is brand new construction with beautiful views from the screened in front porch or the oversized deck that is built out onto the river. The downstairs area has darts, corn hole, oversized connect 4, gas grill, picnic tables and hammock swings! The screened in porch has a table and chairs and rocking chairs for enjoying a cup of coffee while looking at the scenery.

This home has 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The first bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with a dual vanity and huge walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and attached bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 has queen bunk beds

Starlink Wifi makes high speed internet possible while still being secluded!

Swim at your own risk and kayak at your own risk. Any damage done to the kayak will result in being charged for replacement costs.

Beds are super comfortable. Open space. Very modern cabin, location is perfect. Beware you do pass through a bumpy dirt path to get there. I drive a dropped Challenger and it was very rough. There were family games to enjoy. I absolutely loved the chair hammock! Good fishing spot but would highly recommend putting a neon light under the deck for easy night fishing. Having 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms came in handy!
