Good value for money. Close to supermarket, bus right outside the flat so easy to get to gondola. Great location right inside Kaprun. The place is basic but all in working order. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it was very comfortable

The property was as advertised. A small flat with a functional kitchen and walking distance to everything. There was nothing fancy, but everything worked and it has a great balcony too.

Vacating at the feet of the Alps

Our stay was comfortable, we only lacked a mop and a grater. Otherwise the apartment is very well equipped and the furniture is great and comfortable. The Hausmeister was sweet and helping. This apartment is for the ones whom came to Austria to explore it, not for the ones sitting inside their hotel all day.

Visiting family

Very good location, clean and all basics provided, however the plates and cups could do with replacing, as a lot of them are chipped and not matching. I arrived late, in the dark, and luckily my son lives in the apartment block next door so he got the key for me from the hausmeister. There is no obvious hausmeister office outside, he lives inside the block, so you would need to know which number he is in to press the buzzer for entry, and that was not provided. Also, no towels or tea towels are provided, which is quite inconvenient when travelling on a budget airline with only 10kg baggage allowance! The buses run from the road j ust outside the apartment, to the ski lifts and to Zell am See, and Kaprun centre is just down the road, about 500m, wbere you can find restaurants and shops. The Billa supermarket is just 2 minutes walk away. The apartment was also a nice warm temperature.

The only way to describe this is just by saying "livable". Overall, for the money they ask for this is not worth it; the space is awkwardly shared with three beds taking over the single dining/sleeping area. The kitchen is very small, barely being able to fit 2 people in it and it was missing some basing utensils to cook with, like a whisk and big spoons, etc. The kitchen has a microwave but not an oven, just an induction hob. There is no wifi, apparently the owner refuses to pay for it. The bathroom is okay, quite spacious - bigger than the kitchen.When we came, the cleanliness was good however we weren't given the tools to keep the cleaness ourselves. The entrance description is incorrect because we struggled to find it, and when we called help the person on the other line sounded utterly confused and disoriented, as if he never saw it himself. "People say there's a sign on the door", is the only thing he was able to tell us. The beds were comfy, with soft mattresses and the apartments are located above a restaurant with really friendly staff. The neighbours were lovely too. Most of the time it was quite quiet, but as it is located by the road, at times there were some big noises, and the room is warm with proper, working heating. There's a decent balcony with a drying rack.

Perfecto para un par de noches

Eramos 4 y la verdad que para pasar dos noches estaba muy bien en cuanto a calidad-precio. Queríamos un fin de semana diferente en la montaña y nos encantó el lugar. Si es para una estancia más larga, mejor ir sólo dos personas.

Nice place for a family stay

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec le concierge sur place en charge de donner les clés. Appartement conforme à la description et bien situé par rapport à la zone. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs.

Perfekte Lage im Skigebiet Kitzstein / Zell am See

Das Studio entsprach unseren Erwartungen, wenngleich wir davon ausgegangen waren, dass in einem Apartment auch Handtücher vorhanden sind. Freundlicherweise hat uns hier der Hausmeister aushelfen können.Weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Filterkaffee hatten wir mitgenommen, jedoch natürlich keine passenden Kapseln für eine Nespresso-Maschine.Grundlegende Utensilien zum Kochen waren aber da, wenn auch nicht in großer Anzahl.Dafür sind die Restaurant in der Nähe mit Tiroler Küche sehr zu empfehlen.

Facile e confortevole

Appartamento come decritto, semplice ma confortevole e pulito. Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare la zona e i dintorni (consigliamo Zell am See, Kitzbuhel e Salzburg). Ottimo prezzo.
