The property is a member company of the Silvretta Card Premium programme from summer 2023, which grants unlimited use of all open cable cars and local public transport across Paznaun, Samnaun, and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road. As the house is located in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbourhood environment. Loud music, parties or the like are not welcome during your stay.

On the ground floor, the welcoming kitchen and living room area features a dining nook and is equipped with a full range of appliances. A separate double bedroom on this floor includes a hand-basin for added convenience. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 4 bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with a hand-basin. 2 of these rooms are double bedrooms. A third room features 1 sofabed and 1 double bed, with direct access to the balcony, offering a charming space to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The fourth room on this floor contains 1 single bed. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. The property also benefits from a balcony and, during the summer months, guests have access to a furnished terrace and a garden.
