The holiday apartment for up to 4 people is located directly on the lively harbour promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and offers everything you can imagine for a relaxing holiday by the water.



The promenade with its small tempting shops and a well-stocked EDEKA supermarket with bakery is literally at your feet and invites you to stroll and shop. The immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea beach offers a lovely time-out in a beach chair.



As soon as you enter PIER 10, you immediately feel like you're on holiday. The view from the combined living/dining room with kitchenette falls directly over the balcony onto the boat harbour, where sailing boats, sports boats and yachts cavort. The view continues over the floating houses, the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord to the Schleimünde lighthouse and out to the Baltic Sea. The view couldn't be more beautiful!



Modern, high-quality and cosily furnished, guests feel at home from the very first moment and can immediately forget the stresses of everyday life. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax and can quickly be transformed into another cosy sleeping area. The well-equipped kitchen turns every cooking session into a shared experience.

The living area leads directly out onto the balcony. Here you can make yourself comfortable and watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade and in the harbour. The ideal place for cosy barbecues and watching the sunset.



In the bedroom, a double box-spring bed guarantees a restful night's sleep and a TV provides alternative entertainment in the form of streaming providers with their own access such as Netflix or Amazon Prime.



The bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired and offers a floor-level shower for soothing refreshment after a long walk.



There is a car parking space in front of the building.

A lift takes you comfortably to your holiday apartment on the first floor.
