After entering this semi-detached house you will find yourself in the light-flooded, modern and exclusively furnished living, dining area, which offers a breathtaking view over the mouth of the Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea thanks to its floor-depth panoramic windows. Next, the fireplace contributes to the feel-good atmosphere.
From the living room a staircase leads to the 1st floor.
There are the two bedrooms-one with direct balcony access.
