The attic apartment has 75sqm, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 living / sleeping area, 1 bathroom shower / WC and an open kitchen / dining / living area. Ample space for up to 7 people. The first floor apartment has 100sqm and can accommodate up to 10 people. 3 bedrooms. Groups are welcome, but both apartments are interconnected but can be locked separately. Pitches for car are in the yard. The apartments are located in Kappel 4 km from EUROPA-PARK. We have no bunk beds ... Each apartment has a games collection and a box Lego. No tourist tax The landlord requires a deposit of 50% of the total price. Please bring your own towels.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Haben in der FeWo im Dachgeschoss mit einer Gruppe für 5 Tage übernachtet. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnküche und WC+Dusche. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sauber. Europa-Park, Schwarzwald, EDEKA und Bahnhof sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten. Der Zugang zu der Ferienwohnung ist nur über eine außenliegende Ferienwohnung möglich. Das ist absolut nicht akzeptabel!! Die Wendeltreppe ist im Außenbereich, wackelig, zu eng und gefählich (insbesondere beim Transport von Koffern und Taschen etc.). Unseres Erachtens ist diese außenliegende Wendeltreppe baurechlich für die kommerzielle Vermietung nicht zulässig!

Apparemment tout équipé(même des jouets pour les enfants), beaucoup de place et très joliment rénové avec beaucoup de cachet. On s'y sent comme chez soit. Il ne faut pas avoir de grosses valises car escalier en colimaçon très étroit! Un peu bruyant suivant les locataires du dessous, sinon très calme. Très proche d'Europapark.
