We had a great stay. The unit was exactly as pictured. We had a few issues with the unit and no pool access, but Ali'i was able to resolve the issues in a few days. Since we were staying for a month, this did not affect our stay. There were many towels and extra bedding, but it would have been nice to have extra blankets. Everything was exactly as described, but it would have been nice to have some outdoor items like boogie boards, beach mats, a cooler, masks, etc. There's no welcome basket, so make sure you stop at Foodland or Safeway for some coffee and snacks.
Ko'Olina is a great little secure, and secluded community. The ABC store is pricey but has almost everything you'll need for your vacation. Kapolei is only a few minutes away and has everything else you would need. Avoid rush hour traffic if you need to head into Honolulu or Waikiki.
