Just seconds from the beach, this eastward facing oceanside studio enjoys breathtaking sunrises on the iconic Coconut Coast of the Garden Isle of Kauai. This unbeatable location is just 15 minutes from the Lihue airport, a 3-minute walk to the newly renovated Coconut Marketplace where guests can explore a variety of shops and restaurants, or a 5-minute drive to Old Kapaa Town where there is an even wider selection of island boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets and grocery stores. Settle into your relaxing Hawaiian getaway surrounded by unparalleled amenities and the spectacular tropical scenery.

This chic island-style studio room comes with a large California King bed, accompanied by a fold-out sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchenette has the capabilities for preparing light snacks, or heating up a meal in the attached microwave. A mini fridge and coffee maker is also available for your convenience, as well as a 2-person breakfast table for enjoying an early cup of coffee amid the tropical breeze. For additional cooking needs, the property’s complementary oceanside barbeques give the perfect chance to grill up some of your fresh island favorites. Take the opportunity to also enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail on the second story lanai and balcony overlooking the idyllic lapping waves of Kauai’s eastern shore. A flatscreen TV is mounted across from the bed for your enjoyment along with a split AC system for optimal temperature control. The ensuite bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo and a single vanity atop a polished marble counter.

As a guest of the Islander complex, you are entitled to enjoy the large swimming pool, hot tub spa and Tiki Bar. The Tiki bar serves a number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages daily until 9:00 PM, with a happy hour spanning from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM when guests have the opportunity to sit back and enjoy a cocktail to the sounds of live Hawaiian music performed on Tuesdays and Saturdays. There is no washer and dryer on site, but a reliable laundromat is located just a short 5–7-minute drive away. The condo has complementary high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and free local and mainland telephone calling capabilities.

Now I'm very unhappy!

I could not get into the unit the first night I arrived. I was told I would receive a refund for the one night within 5 to 7 business days and it has been 2 weeks. VRBO has stopped replying to my emails and I'm not getting any help.

This is all you need for a beautiful stay in Kauai! Love the location near the beach and markets and restaurants. Room is the perfect size for 2 people and nice to have a kitchenette and beach supplies. Hope to return one day!

Fabulous Stay with Amazing Location

Loved our first stay and experience in Kauai. This older resort facility has beautiful well kept grounds with lush garden areas. We loved the great view of the ocean right off the 2nd floor balcony which allowed for an amazing experience morning, evening, and even through the day (as it stayed mostly shady through the day). We ate many of our meals on the balcony to enjoy every hour possible. We found the resort to be quiet and uncrowded compared to some others we noticed while visiting other locations. Everything was comfortable and in good working order. Having the AC made for a comfortable sleep each night. The kitchenette sink was quite small and a little hard to manage dishes, but we appreciated having everything we needed there for our use (plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, etc.) The only thing that caught us off guard was finding the mini fridge had no freezer, as we assumed it would have at least a small freezer section. Otherwise it was really a perfect stay for us. Thank you so much!
