My husband, daughter, and I stayed. We booked a room for.3 nights. When arriving in the room, the lights did not fully work. The rooms are also quite outdated. The shower/tub combo did not drain. So after showering, the tub was full. My infant daughter became sick the first day and we spent half of it in urgent care. We decided to leave the next morning to head home. We spoke with the hotel about a refund. They informed us we need to contact Expedia. I spoke to Expedia who said we need to contact the hotel directly. They gave us the ring around for 2 days and finally told us they would not refund our stay. That all is frustrating since we did not stay for 2/3 nights and our room had multiple issues which we did make the staff aware of. Feban, the front desk lady was at least very kind.
