Great stay and located super close to Arrowhead. Had to contact owners and communication was FAST!

Super impressed with the property distance from the stadium and the owners communication. Would for sure stay in their places again!

Came for NFL game

It was a great location that only took 1.5 miles ~roughly 45 min walk to get to stadium. Stopped by Carmen’s Cantina on the walk back. Will definitely book this again when come back for a game.

Quick trip

Clean, pretty quiet neighborhood, and pretty easy to access. Note it is a basement, and ceilings will feel low it you are very tall. Someone in the second rental, didn't really hear them until we came outside.

Great overnight stay!

Great to work with and were very accommodating! Everything was great, except we weren’t able to sit outside around the fire pit. The area had old wood and old chairs laying around. BUT, possibly they are in transition, fixing it up…. We look forward to staying again!

Cute Place

Cute comfortable place. We were only there for a short time for a concert at the stadium. We ubered to the concert but walked back. Felt safe the whole time. Special thanks for letting us in early and easy check out! Will stay again!

Great convenient stay near Kansas City

We booked this for our stay near Kansas City, and found that it was convenient to get downtown or to the suburbs.. The hosts were great and very responsive. The place is a basement of a house, it's updated and nice but there are some low hangs in the ceiling. I'm 6' and had no problems, but much taller and I would have to duck in a few places. The beds are comfortable, the shower was hot and refreshing. It's a great place to stay.

Gametime Lodging

We traveled to Independence to visit Arrowhead Stadium, and this was the perfect place to stay. 2.2 miles away from the stadium, it was really convenient. The owners were quick to respond to messages and good at communicating. They also included little touches like coffee, snacks, and waters in the fridge. We had a great experience and would stay there again.

Inaccurate information

Although this small basement apartment was just enough space for our short trip, it was not accurately described. The ceilings were very low, the cleanliness wasn’t up to normal standards and the kitchen was not at all well equipped for cooking full meals. The tenants upstairs walked very loudly and were noisy. The bathroom plumbing situation was very strange and the heat/ air had to be controlled by the people upstairs. Just a weird place to stay all around.

Location, Location,Location

Great location! If you are going to the stadium this is a great place to stay. Also just a few minutes from downtown. There is a Walmart near by in case you need anything. It was quiet and cozy. One thing that we did not care for was there was no temperature controls (that we could find.). It was cold sometimes and hot others. The kitchen had all the things we needed except a pizza pan or cookie sheet. We had biscuits and no way to cook them. Thanks for the coffee and snack basket. Overall, a good stay.

Quiet and Fun

This was the perfect staycation for a peaceful getaway! The fire pit out front was so easy to use and the neighborhood was quiet! The hosts are very friendly and helped out right when needed! Would stay here again 100% recommend!

Worked great for us

The property worked well for us. We needed a place to stay one night, do some laundry and rest up. The kids were able to watch Netflix and we got some nice rest. It is certainly a basement apartment but it is quiet and worked well for us.

Great stay in Independence, MO

Great experience. The place was perfect for my family and I for the weekend. Very clean with hardwood floors throughout. Larger bathroom with very HOT shower and good water pressure. All the amenities we needed were there. Easy private entrance made come and go easy. Would recommend and would stay again.

Baseball weekend!

We had a great stay at this basement apartment! I hadn’t realized that it was a basement. Very clean! In great shape! The neighborhood isn’t great but it was mostly quiet. The ONLY issue we had with this property is that we had 2 people who were over 6 feet tall. The ceilings are quite low in this property and all doorways are low. We had to be careful not to get bumps on the head but it’s a great property!

Royals game family trip

This was my first vrbo stay, (not a hotel), however not my daughter or her boyfriends. All 3 of us beyond enjoyed the property, it was plenty spacious, comfortable, and clean! Even we we got back from the Royals game late and I was having a very small issue and messaged the property owners they responded back almost immediately and resolved my issue! They are great people and it was in a great neighborhood. Being I'm from a very small town, I was extreme nervous and they not only put my mind at ease but helped me understand so much! I cant wait to use them and stay again for longer next tjme!! Also, the master bedroom bed is BEYOND comfortable. I have a $2000 bed at home that doesn't match that at all. Haha. Thank you guys!!

Three friends celebrating a birthday. The house was cozy and convenient. It had everything we needed. Brian was awesome to work with. Very accommodating, and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!

Quiet Neighborhood

Check in was super easy. Overall everything was great. The neighborhood is quiet and that's a big bonus. Brian was awesome and touched base during our stay which was nice. Only very slight snag was that we did not expect it to be an apartment in a house and did not catch that at all until the address was supplied with a "B" in it. Regardless, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it to others.
