The home features beautiful historic charm and both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, including a covered front porch with swing and a private back patio with BBQ and firepit.

The layout includes a primary bedroom (Queen bed), a guest room with trundle (sleeps 2), a sofa, and additional Queen air mattress as needed— ideal for groups comfortable sharing space.
