Pictures on the site are very misleading, Room not represented well. Front desk staff was less than helpful. Bed was lumpy and a tad uncomfortable. Could not find a light switch in the small room off to the side. Blinds in the bathroom were rusted and dirty. Drain plug in tub not attached. Was pleased that the refrigerator worked to keep drinks cold. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $170 /night.

the kitchenette had no dinnerware, no silverware, not even a papertowel. I brought groceries to make our lunches while we were there as well as some appetizers for graduation activities. I think the advertising should let the customer know that in the room there is a fridge, microwave, etc. but the customer needs to bring own tableware, plates and cups, papertowels and dish soap etc. if they plan to use this "amenity". Also the white painted woodwork hadn't been dusted/cleaned for a very long time, it was filthy. But the front desk staff were very friendly and the location was close to downtown at a much lower cost.

It was in a historic building that was amazing. The doorbell for the handicap entrance didn't work. Waffle iron timers broken and no tongs to get waffle out with, no peanut butter or butter for waffle. The room was very nice, full kitchen but bathroom was very small no vanity to sit things on. Bath towels were very thin. Parking lot for guests.

Our room was not clean, something sticky was spilt on the floor and papers were under the TV. Night manager reluctantly moved us to another room which was also unclean; various stains on sofa, horizontal surfaces and floor. We asked for an iron, were told they don't have irons.TV has permanent vertical lines. Bed was comfortable, water hot and location is good.

The room used to be an apartment, so it felt larger than an average hotel room. Although there were no dishes, there was a kitchen with full refrigerator and stove. A nice place for a longer-term stay. And the staff was friendly.

The unit wasn't clean. Blinds were broken in bedroom and kitchen on first floor. Anybody could see walking in the building. No privacy. Very loud at night. TVs did not work on arrival. Had to get staff to assist. The saving grace was the breakfast and the girl who set it up needs a raise.

A friend and I stayed here for one night as it was close to some things we were planning to do for the weekend. We get into the room and the lock doesn't work. The only way to ensure our safety was to use the door guard which someone can still get the door opened partly. Then we look at the bed and there is a large pink stain on our bedding and tons of small hairs on the sheets. We asked the staff for new ones and we had to show him to prove that they were dirty. Then we had to remake the bed ourselves! Later on we are watching a movie on the TV, and it just randomly dies in the middle of the show. We had to mess around with the settings for a long time before we could get it back up. The room generally smelled very musty and off putting. When I took a shower, there was no lip or guard in the flooring, so water went all over the floor and it was a mess. The posted hours for breakfast are also til 10 on the weekends online, and we got there before then and it was already packed up. There were bugs in the bathroom. I could go on, but I don't really have much positives to say about my experience here.

Brian the clerk at check in was very nice and friendly. WiFi was bad, only complaint

Fantastic state of the facility- the design from former apartments was clever, and the building itself is attractive.

Close to the show at the Uptown theater, clean, hot breakfast

I like the comfortable beds, room, and excellent choice of breakfast.

Each room is a different layout/size. The rooms were a little stuffy though.
