Room was very clean. Gal at the front desk at check in was very nice. Had to pay $25 for the night to park in the hotel parking lot and didn’t realize that until we showed up to check in. Ridiculous. The room was great and had a good nights sleep but the parking fee was a dealbreaker. Wouldn’t stay here again because of it.

Staff- I spoke with the manager in the morning and was told that I could check in at 3pm. Once I got to the hotel at 2:45 I went to see if I could still check in at 3pm. I was told rudely, by the manager it's not 3pm yet. Not given any information on if the room was ready, if they could let me know when it was. I went into the hotel 3 times before I was finally able to check in AFTER 4pm. Room-Once in the room you could tell it was a rushed cleaning, there were pills and food on the floor from the previous guest.

The room itself, staff at the bar/dining area! I wasnt Very please Of my stay, I paid Enough to not Get what I wanted. The air condition didnt work at all, The tub was clogged As me and my finance showered which is very nasty!!!! And there was 2 pillows thats Had Stains on them im not sure Exactly what it could of been But it was Brown Specs on the pillow Large amounts of it.. I didnt Take it to the front desk, Because they Was super busy & having a hard time With other Customers, I just will never stay there again or Recommend anyone too.. Also the lady that works the bar area/dining area is VERY RUDE!!!!!!!

The staff at this hotel was great. The location is just off the highway on the northside of downtown KC. Quick drive to anywhere in the city. Onsite parking was $25. They were out of spaces but still accommodated my vehicle. Breakfast was average but the bar was excellent. Would recommend!
