Know what you are getting into and will be ok
The checkin and directions for property were great. The home is close to the stadium and Crown Center so location wise it is great. The bad thing is the neighborhood itself is NOT. We heard gunshots every night, the homes around are falling apart or deserted. There are some like this house that has attempted to update but still needs lots of work that pictures don’t show. The shower had a hairball in it from previous person and dirty mop water left out. The pool table has broken leg that is concerning it may fall which I let owner know about. The shower upstairs wouldn’t get hot water so showered cold. If you go in knowing it’s much older home with some issues then it will be ok. Location by destination was most important to us so it was fine.

Unsafe home and neighborhood. Did not stay at the property. Will be reporting this management company and hone to the Better Business Bureau and speaking with a VRBO representative this week.
