Very relaxing rural holiday home

We had a great stay in Villa Postaja. Branimir was an excellent and attentive owner, who ensured that we had what we needed throughout our stay. The house is relatively large with a superb pool, and we had wall to wall sunshine for 14 days, plus excellent recommendations of the best beach and other places to visit.

Fantastic Place

Peaceful and beautiful part of Istria which we were new to. We took several trips both inland and on the coast, spoilt for choice with easy to reach wonderful destinations. The house was charming and characterful, very easy to relax in and the pool was great to cool off and fun for the kids. Branimir was a friendly and helpful host. An excellent holiday, we wished we could have stayed longer.

Just come end enjoy your stay

Well, I don't know where to start. This house it's that kind of house where you feel like home right away. And when the end comes you don't really want to go. Everything was perfect...from the location, yard, pool, it was so peaceful and great for any occasion. One day we celebrated birthday and the other day we were just chilling and barbecuing, so I think anybody can enjoy this place. The owner was really helpful with everything, the communication was so fast and he even let us stay longer the last day. So my recommendation to everybody- just come and you will enjoy your stay!

Well, where do I start....... Let’s start with Branimir. He met us at the airport on Saturday 15th September just after 8pm and waited whilst my husband, Andy, sorted out our hire car, which took us until gone 9pm. Then he took us to a supermarket so we could buy provisions for the first few days. He had a few bits to buy for himself but he mostly waited in his car for us to finish. Then he led us to the beautiful countryside house which was to be our home for the next 10 days. Even though it was extremely late by now he said it was his pleasure. He was so kind and helpful and the pride he took in showing us around his wonderful house was evident in his face and his words. The house was huge and welcoming and even though we had seen the pictures on the website, seeing it in person took our breaths away. Everything was so clean, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We chose the attic room as it was bright and airy and SO big but also had a real cosy, romantic feeling to it. We had the best nights sleeps there. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also another one downstairs. This room also has a washing machine plus storage shelving with everything from sun cream to cleaning products! Everything is provided. The front garden is huge with a massive conker tree (which we enjoyed collecting ) and seating for over 8 people. Then the back garden....... so quiet and private with the beautiful pool. There was nothing we could fault. This holiday for us was all about rest & relaxing and peace & quiet and spending time together, but it was also our first visit to Croatia. So we did venture out of the house a few times. Rivinj. What a beautiful town. You must go! And when you do you need to find The Mediterraneaneo Bar by the water. That’s all I will say. Pula is also a beautiful place to visit. So yes we had a wonderful holiday. Made friends with a cute dog who would visit most days and also had a surprise visit to our back gate by a bull! Think he may have been called Bruno...... Would we recommend this house? Yes! Would we go back? Yes! Should you go and stay there? Yes! We totally fell in love with our little piece of Croatian paradise. Oh and thank you again Branimir for our gift from you of the olive oil made by your cousin. Such a thoughtful present. Andy cannot wait to try it. Tracy & Andy x

Wonderful house, wonderful location!

Lovely place, quiet, secluded and beautiful. Not only that, but this place is in Branimir Cervar's blood. The house and village is tied to his family's history, which is important. Branimir himself is very friendly and works incredibly hard to ensure your visit is enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, the area is rich in wildlife and so peaceful - the pool is very welcome on those hot days in summer, with gentle shade provided by the surrounding oak trees. If you want a quiet base from which to explore Istria, then look no further...

Fantastic Place for Vacation

We were staying with 4 Grownups, 2 Teenagers and 2 big dogs. There was more than enough space for all of us. We were welcomed warmly. Everything was really clean and we got a short introduction of the house. When we ran out of Gas it was replaced within half an hour. We just had a few wishes in our 2 week stay, and all of them were satisfied in shortest time. The pool and the house are great and you find everything you possibly need; BBQ, Espresso Machine, Games, Disc - Player... You can reach beautiful cities, beaches, restaurants and shops within a max of 20 Minutes. For us it was a fantastic and unforgettable experience

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Traumhaft schön renvoiertes altes Dorfhaus in absolut ruhiger lagelager Lage. Schöner weinüberdachter Essplatz im Hof vor dem Haus. Ein große Tereasse mit Liegelandschaft lädt abends unter den Sternenhimmle ein. Schöner Pool mit Liegen im hinteren Garten. Einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Branimir ist sehr freundliche und hilfesbereit und absolut unkompliziert. Nach Porec und Vrsas sind es mit dem Auto eine knappe halbe Stunde. Wir haben uns im Haus, an den Stränden von Vrsar und beim Radlen durch die hügelige Hochebene prächtig erholt.

Tres belle maison, bien équipée avec belle piscine. Situation au coeur de l'Istrie, dans un charmant village a l'écart des flux touristiques, mais egalement a proximité des centres d'intérêt touristiques (tous a une vingtaine de minutes en voiture). Voisinnage qui a plu a toute la famille : moutons, poules gibiers, chiens, poneys...La maison était tres propre a notre arrivée, et nos 4 enfants ont tous pu trouver leur espace personnel.Un immense merci a notre hôte Branimir : à la fois discret et très attentionné. Il est de tres bon conseil et a tout mis en oeuvre pour que nous passions un sejour inoubliable. On s'est senti comme accueilli par un membre de la famille !Nous recommendons vivement cette location.

Kleines Abenteuer

Schönes Landhaus in noch idyllischem Dorf. Die Bewohner waren super, unsere Kinder waren jeden Tag Pferde streicheln und kamen einmal mit einer Kiste frischem Gemüse wieder, ein Geschenk vom Bauern. Das Haus ist solide ausgestattet, leider war der Heizungbioler im größten Bad defekt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, Kommunikation über WhatsApp war problemlos. Wir hatten viele kleine Überraschung, mit den man rechnen kann, wir uns aber vorher gar keine Gedanke gemacht hatte. So saß nach einem Gewitter eine kleiner Skorpion in der Küche und suchte Schutz. Er lies sich einfach mit einem Glas fangen und war das Highlight für die Kinder. Der Pool im Garten war fantastisch, wurde fast jeden Tag genutzt. Leider wird genau nebenan ein neues Haus für drei Ferienwohnungen gebaut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cervari und können es nur empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit Pool im Grünen

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Grosser Aussenplatz und wenn es zu warm ist kann man gut im Schatten unter den Bäumen oder Sonnenschirm liegen. Schöner grosser Pool und man ist ungestört. Das Haus hat viel Platz und die Zimmer haben je eigene WC und Dusche. Branimir ist sehr sympatisch und wenn was ist kann man ihn gut erreichen und er hilft dann rasch weiter. Es hat auch speziell beschriebene Velowege in der Gegend. Für Einkaufmöglickeiten ist jedoch ein Fahrzeug nötig.

Alles im allem war super, ausser die Küche könnte mal neu, die Waschmaschine hat ein Programm Klimaanlage ohne Funktion. Neue Bratpfanne wäre nicht schlecht.... Jetzt mal Schluss mit meckern, Branimir war super freundlich und wer die Ruhe mag top Adresse. Und der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Eigentlich alles was man für einen schönen Sommerurlaub braucht!

Der sehr kleine Ort mit 10 Einwohnern bietet Ruhe. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Natürlich findet man dort im Hochsommer keinen grünen Rasen vor. Grundsätzlich mag das Haus für 8 Personen groß genug sein. Die Betten sind aber nur 1.40m breit. In der Küche ist der Herd nicht sonderlich leistungsfähig. Ein Gasherd an einer Flasche und eine Elektroplatte. Unsere Flasche war leer und sehr schnell vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter ersetzt. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert per WA zu kontaktieren. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und waren sicherlich einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Ein paar neue Küchenmöbel, ein leistungsfähiger Herd und auch Köimaanlagen für die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer, … Aber schon so eine tolle Unterkunft!!!

Idylle zum Entspannen mit vielen Tieren in den Nachbargrundstücken- toll für Kinder

Das Haus war sehr sauber und liegt in einem kleinen Dorf Cervari (9 Einwohner) , ca 30 min von Porec. Das Grundstück ist sehr gross mit Schattenbäumen. Der Pool wird vom Vermieter regelmäßig gesäubert. Das Haus hat in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad und zusätzlich im EG ein grosses mit Waschmaschine- insg. 4. ausreichend Handtücher sind vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit guten Restaurant Empfehlungen. Er reagierte sofort auf die kaputte Kaffeemaschine und hat eine neue gekauft (es werden illy tabs benötigt). Es gibt auch einen Espresso Kaffeebereiter für den Gasherd und eine French Press. Für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein. In jedem Schlafzimmer ist ein „Mücken Vertreiber“ für die Steckdose, Tabs waren da. Die Dinger sind ein muss, wenn man in Ruhe schlafen will. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern da. Unser Jüngster war völlig hingerissen von den 5 Eseln in der Nachbarschaft, und den 2 Ponys . Außerdem sind Kühe und Schafe auf den Weiden ums Haus. Ein großartiges Idylli. Absolut ruhig bis auf eben die Tiere in der Natur. Morgens konnte man den Kuckuck hören Alle Jungs haben den Pool genossen , es gibt einiges an Wasserspielzeug. Wir haben viel draussen gegrillt. Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhiges Landhaus

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abseits von jeglichem Trubel. Es hat seinen ganz eigenen Charm und ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, authentisch und eher einfach gehalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit schaut auch ab und an nach dem Pool und fragt nach dem Rechten. Einzigst die Küche könnte mal wieder modernisiert werden und ist leider schon etwas abgenutzt, jedoch ist wirklich alles an Utensilien ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier.

Sehr entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa von Branimir. Absolute Ruhe in der Umgebung und dennoch sehr gut gelegen um das Istrien zu erkunden. Branimir ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unglablich tolles Ferienhaus! Innen und außen

Wir sind begeistert von dem Ferienhaus! Es hatte so viel Stil und einen unglaublich tollen Charme. Es war sehr sauber, wirklich alles vorhanden und der Vermieter ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Er kam während unserer 9 Tage Aufenthalt sogar mehrmals den Pool reinigen, damit er immer schön sauber ist. Der Pool ist übrigens klasse! Wir sind mit Hunden verreist. Gleich am Haus kann man loswandern mit den Hunden. Zum Zentrum Rovinji und zum wunderschönen Strand sind es 25 min mit dem Auto
