The house sits on 930 sqm of land and develops horizontally, with two cubic volumes, one covered in beautiful stone, and the other in reddish corten façade. Inside spacious, light-filled living areas, and latest Hi-Tech equipment makes this villa a luxurious haven of comfort. Outside, the covered terrace and the pool area offer the perfect lounging atmosphere. Each of the 4 bedrooms has access to the garden and is equipped with its own bathroom with underfloor heating. House K2 has been designed to create a sophisticated living atmosphere that meld beautifully with the surrounding Mediterranean landscape
All bedrooms have large double bed, air condition, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microvawe, coffe machine, kettle, dish washer. From living room tehre is exit to covered terrace. Barbecue area, outside shower, sun beds.
